Antenna polarization direction

1.Horizontal polarization antenna: refers to the electric field vector of the antenna emitting electromagnetic waves parallel to the ground.

2.Vertical polarization antenna: refers to the electric field vector of the antenna emitting electromagnetic waves perpendicular to the ground.

3.Circular polarization antenna: refers to the polarization direction of the antenna emitting electromagnetic waves is dynamic rotation.

In RFID application, the principle of choosing the polarization direction of the antenna is to ensure that the polarization direction of the antenna is always consistent with that of the electronic tag. Which kind of polarized antenna shall be selected according to the specific situation. For the antenna provided by our company:

1.If the antenna is installed perpendicular to the ground and the electronic tag is intended to be placed horizontally on the object, a horizontally polarized antenna should be selected. If you want the label to be attached vertically, select the vertically polarized antenna.

2.If the antenna is installed parallel in length to the ground and the electronic tag is intended to be placed horizontally on the object, a vertically polarized antenna should be selected. If you want the label to be placed vertically, choose horizontal polarization.

3.If you want the label to be placed arbitrarily, select the circular polarized antenna. The circular polarization antenna is suitable for the application of access control system of personnel access management.
