Through to read and write device power supply, power indicator light is not bright

Alternating current distribution head socket contact is not good

Insert other ac electrical appliances, such as lights, into the outlet box, if the replaced electrical appliances do not work, then check the power supply or replace the distribution box

The ac power cable box may be controlled by a switch

Switch on the control switch, or choose a distribution box with a control switch

Can't read the card

No antenna

Check the antenna connection

No card in reader reading area

Move the card closer to the reader antenna

Experiment with a new card

 The card direction is perpendicular to the polarization direction of the antenna

The card rotates 90 degrees to keep the polarization in the same direction

The card is too far from the reader

Restore factory parameter or adjust to 120

Select frequency hopping from 1 to 63

  Reader baud rate, different from the selected baud rate for serial assistant, super terminal, etc

The baud rate of serial assistant and super terminal should be consistent with that of reader

The selected antenna port is not the actual antenna port

Select the actual antenna port

The serial or trigger mode is not correct

Choose the actual outlet

Abnormal communication between upper computer and reader
